In NikoHealth, you can upload documents and add outside files. To attach a document to an Order, the document must already be attached to a Patient Profile. For more information on how to upload documents to a patient profile, see the article Upload Documents.
Attach a Document to an Order
Navigate to the Order you're working with and intend to attach the document to. While in the Order, click the Blue NikoHealth Action Buttonand choose New Document.
The Add Document window pops up. Use the search bar to find a specific document or scroll through all the documents associated with the patient profile. Click to select the desired document.
You can select multiple documents from the list. If you select a document by mistake, simply hit the X to remove it. If you want to preview a document, click the eye icon.
When you're done, click Save to attach the selected documents to the order.
