Understanding the Invoice Queue

Overview

To view and manage your Invoices, you'll leverage the Invoice queue. Navigate to the Billing tab, and go to Invoices.

This is your Invoices queue where you can view all of the Invoices in your system. Important details that are easily visible include the Patient associated with the Invoice, the charge and balance, Service Location and Payer/Plan information, and the Invoice Status.

Filter and Locate Specific Invoices

To locate specific Invoices, you can use the filters at the top to search by Patient Name, ID, Invoice ID, Status, or Date of Service. You can also click on the Filters button for more filter options.
