Inbox Improvements

The redesigned Inbox streamlines document intake and processing with a cleaner layout, improved tools, and new SFTP support.

Integrations Management

Integrations can now be managed directly in-app, making it easier to configure fax providers and SFTP connections.

Product Kits

Product Kits simplify ordering by allowing you to group and add multiple products to orders in a single step.

Updated Order Functionality

The updated order experience provides a more intuitive interface and greater flexibility for managing items, fulfillment, and backorders.

Vendor Fulfillment Enhancements

Vendor profiles now include fulfillment capabilities to better control drop shipping and inventory purchasing workflows.

Appointment and Calendar Enhancements

With features like color-coded views, grouping by team member or location, and customizable filters, it’s easier to organize and find the information you need. These enhancements streamline scheduling and help your team work more efficiently day to day.


Inbox Improvements

The redesigned Inbox makes it faster and easier to manage incoming documents, with a cleaner layout and more efficient tools for tagging, reviewing, and processing files. Enhancements like multi-select actions, improved document viewing, and streamlined patient creation reduce manual steps. With added SFTP support, you can now automatically pull documents into the Inbox alongside traditional fax workflows.


Integrations Management

Integrations are now easier to configure and manage directly within the platform, giving you more control over how documents are received and processed. You can set up and manage fax provider connections and SFTP sources in one centralized location. This simplifies setup and helps ensure a more seamless flow of incoming

documents.


Product Kits

Product Kits allow you to group commonly ordered items together, making ordering faster and more consistent. You can add entire kits to orders in one step while still maintaining control over individual items and quantities. This flexibility helps streamline workflows without sacrificing accuracy in fulfillment or billing.


Updated Order Functionality

The updated order experience provides a more intuitive interface and greater flexibility when adding and managing items. With support for Product Kits, preferred fulfillment methods, and partial backorders, it’s easier to handle real-world ordering scenarios. These improvements help reduce friction and improve efficiency throughout the ordering process.


Vendor Fulfillment Enhancements

Vendor profiles now include fulfillment capabilities, allowing you to define how each vendor supports your workflows. By specifying options like drop shipping or inventory purchasing, you can better control vendor selection during order fulfillment. This ensures more accurate and efficient fulfillment decisions.


Enhanced Invoice Custom Fields

Invoice customization has been expanded to support a wider range of data types, giving you more flexibility in how information is captured and displayed. You can now use fields like text, dates, checkboxes, numbers, and dropdowns. This allows you to tailor invoices to better meet your operational and reporting needs.


Audit & API Enhancements

New audit enhancements improve visibility into system activity by introducing a Correlation ID, making it easier to trace related actions across workflows. Additionally, API updates now support filtering patients by Medical Record Number (MRN). These improvements provide better tracking, integration capabilities, and system transparency.


Patient & Insurance Workflow Improvements

Patient workflows have been streamlined to allow insurance information to be added during patient creation or editing, reducing duplicate steps. Expanded support for Medical Record Numbers (MRN) improves consistency and accessibility across the system. Additional updates, like expanded gender options, help ensure more complete and accurate patient data.


Outbound Campaign Enhancements

Outbound Campaigns now offer more automation and control, helping reduce manual follow-up and improve efficiency. Features like automatic address updates, improved handling of declines, and auto-cancellation of unresponsive orders streamline campaign workflows. These updates help ensure more accurate data and better patient engagement.


Product Kit Import & Export

You can now import and export Product Kits to simplify bulk creation and updates. This makes it easier to manage large sets of products and maintain consistency across your catalog. These tools help save time and improve data management at scale.


Improved International Address Support

Address handling has been improved to better support international workflows. Postal codes are now optional for non-U.S. addresses while remaining required for U.S. records. This reduces friction when entering global addresses while maintaining accuracy where needed.


Updated Patient Action Menu

The Patient Action Menu has been redesigned to provide a more intuitive and efficient user experience. Updates to the layout and available options make it easier to access key actions directly from the patient record. This helps streamline navigation and improve day-to-day usability.
