You can track insurance claims through the entire claim submission process and reimbursement cycle. You can track claims that have been submitted, rejected, paid or denied. NikoHealth automatically updates the claim status to rejected or denied for claims that require correction and submission. If an insurance claim is not responded to the claim will remain in a submitted status and you can filter using the advanced filter on the invoice screen to identify claims that may be aging beyond your expected response time.
