Billing in Arrears means that you want to have the invoice generated at the end of the price option period.
To create a bill in arrears price option;
Go to Management Tab / Billing / Pricing
Select or create the price option that you would like to bill in arrears
Check off the bill in arrears option under the rental section
You can only have rental price options with a bill in arrears setting.
