Creating a purchase order

After you place an order with a manufacturer, you can keep track of the purchase order through Niko Health.
You will need to find your way to the Inventory screen and select the "Purchase Orders" tab.

Select the plus sign on the top right and click on "New Purchase Order".

A new screen will appear for you to search for the exact items the purchase order will be for. You can search by item number, HCPCS, manufacturer, etc... 

Once you locate the correct item(s), click select underneath them and once you have chosen everything, click Add on the bottom right.

You will now see a new screen that will display all the items for the purchase order along with their details and cost. Now you need to select the Vendor they were ordered from. Once selected, click create on the bottom right.

You will be brought back to the purchase order screen and the new order you created should be right at the top.

Once you receive the order, you will need to receive it through the inventory tab and follow those instructions here. Then the status will change to "Fulfilled".
