Using the Calendar

How to navigate and utilize the Niko Health Calendar

To access the Calendar for your business, select the Calendar tab at the top of Niko Health. It will open up to a blank calendar for the month you are currently in.

You are also able to view the calendar by Day, Week, or Month, just select the view from the top right

To filter the view of the calendar, select the lines in the dark blue circle on the top right.

You are now able to filter the view by any of the subjects listed: Team Member, Type of team member, Patient Name, Patient service center, Appointment Status, Location, or Order Tag.  Select Apply once complete

To save the filtered view you've just created for quicker reference, check off "Save This Filter As" and type in a name for it. Once complete, select apply.

Your saved filters will be stored at the top of the calendar under "Saved Filters", just select that drop down to view and click on the one needed.

The calendar view will now show you the appointments associated with that filter

Appointments with a checkered flag next to them, mean they have been completed.

A Green Circle means the appointment has been confirmed with the patient

An Orange Circle means that you have scheduled the appointment, but it has not been confirmed yet

A red circle with a white line through it means that the appointment was missed by the patient

A black circle with a white line through  it means that the appointment was cancelled
