Using the Calendar

How to navigate and utilize the Niko Health Calendar

Updated over a week ago

To access the Calendar for your business, select the Calendar tab at the top of Niko Health.

By default, the calendar will open to the current month.

There are multiple options to control what you view in the calendar, so that you can quickly and easily see the appointments that matter to you.

At the top, you can adjust the timeframe you're viewing, and jump to a specific date.

Calendar Filters

You can also filter your calendar view by things like Team, Patient, Location, or Appointment Status. To see and apply a filter, click on the dark blue Advanced Filters button.

Enter your chosen filter and click Apply.

You can also save one or more filters for quick use. After selecting the fields you want in your filter, check the box for "Save This Filter as" and give your filter a name.

Your saved filters will be stored and can be easily accessed by clicking on the Saved Filters button in the calendar ribbon.

The calendar view will then show you the appointments associated with that filter.

A Green Circle means the appointment has been confirmed with the patient

An Orange Circle means that you have scheduled the appointment, but it has not been confirmed yet
