Tracking Expirations in Billing Tabs

How to keep track of Prescriptions, Authorizations. & CMNs that are set to expire

Overview

NikoHealth will help you keep track of Prescriptions, Authorizations, and CMNs that are set to expire or have already expired.

To access these tabs, navigate to the Billing tab.


Prescriptions 

Select the Prescriptions tab to see the Prescriptions queue where you can view all prescriptions that have been entered into NikoHealth.

At the top left of the Prescriptions queue, you'll see any filters that are currently applied. By default, to help you with tracking expirations, the system applies a filter for "Expiration as of: Next 30 Days".

To remove this filter, click the X next to the filter name. To refresh the filter, click the circular arrow.

At the top right, you can access the Advanced Filters by clicking on the dark blue button.

In the Advanced Filters window, you can filter Prescriptions by Expiration Date, teammate who processed the prescription, and/or Processing Period.

Create your filter and click Apply. You'll be taken back to the Prescription queue with your filter applied and results listed.


Authorizations

Select the Authorizations tab to go to the Authorizations queue and view all Authorizations that have been entered into NikoHealth, along with their expiration date.

At the top left of the Authorizations queue, you'll see any filters that are currently applied. By default, to help you with tracking expirations, the system applies a filter for "Expiration as of: Next 30 Days".

To remove this filter, click the X next to the filter name. To refresh the filter, click the circular arrow.

Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMNs)

Select the CMNs tab to see all CMNs that have been entered into NikoHealth, along with their expiration date.

At the top right, you can access the Advanced Filters by clicking on the dark blue button.

In the Advanced Filters window, you can filter Authorizations by Expiration Date, teammate who processed the authorization, and/or Processing Period.

Create your filter and click Apply. You'll be taken back to the Authorizations queue with your filter applied and results listed.
