Completing the Order
Find the order in which needs to be completed and select the blue plus sign on the top right.
Select Complete from the drop down.
You will be able to search through your inventory to find the item you are setting the patient up with, once you locate the item, click select on it.
Once selected, press save on the bottom right (you can add more than 1 item if necessary)
It will now show you what you have selected, if it is correct, select Next on the bottom right.
If the items selected allow for a resupply program and you want that activated, select the switch to do so, if not leave it on the off position. Once done, select next on the bottom right.
You will be prompted to add any notes if necessary, once complete click next
The next prompt will show the items added to the patient and then you will have to have the patient review the Patient agreement and consent forms,
then the patient will have to sign & apply
and date and apply.
You can also choose who it was signed by if not the patient. once done, select complete on the bottom right.
The order will be completed and a new invoice will generate for billing.
