From the patient's insurance screen, normally when you select "Verify", the system will run the benefits check
and pop up with the patient's coverage details
However you may encounter this error at times
This means that there is an issue with the Payor itself, you just have to wait it out and keep checking back to verify. The problem is with the actual insurance company system's being down.
Until the issue is corrected on their end, you will keep running into this error and the insurance screen will show the policy as "Failed"
