Resupply is used for items that patients can receive on a recurring basis, once resupply is setup the system will generate a new order with the items that the patient is eligible for.
You can start a resupply program on a patient through completing their appointment (To see the steps prior/how to complete an appointment, click HERE).
Once you have reached the screen that asks about resupply, be sure to select the switch over
The supply items will pop up below of what the patient is currently being setup on
(The frequencies should generate if you have entered them in Resupply Payer Rules)

If you need to add additional HCPCS to the resupply, select Add on the top right.
Search for your items on the left,ย
once you have your items, select it and click save on the bottom right (you can select more than one item)
Your resupply items will now show everything
Select next on the bottom right to continue the complete appointment process.
