If you find that when you are trying to add an item to your patient's resupply program and you are unable to locate it during the catalog search, it is probably because in the catalog properties for this item "Resupply" was not checked off.
To correct this, you will need to update this item's properties in your catalog.
Head to the management tab and select inventory on your left, and then the catalog from the drop down.
Search for the item(s) needed and click on it
Look for the Resupply check box and check it off.
Select Save on the bottom right once you've finished.
