If your patient already has a rental going in their account, you will be able to stop it and then if necessary re-start it.
To access the rental you will need to go to your patient's file and select the rental tab.

You will now be able to see the item that is renting, the initial date of service, what date was last billed, how many months it has been renting so far and if it is active or not. You will also be able to STOP the rental by selecting the big red "Stop Rental" button.

A new window will pop up and prompt you to enter the reason for stopping the rental. Once entered, select "Stop".

Your rental item will now show as inactive
