When you are working in an Order, you have the ability to send a message to a teammate (as long as they are a NikoHealth user) in the system, right from the Order screen. This allows you to communicate with others when doing work on an order without having to go back to the dashboard.
Navigate to Order
Navigate to the Order you need to update.
Send Message
While in the Order you're working with and intend to send a message about, click the Blue NikoHealth Action Buttonand choose Send Message.
The Send a note to your teammate box will appear.
By default, the Team Member data field will populate with the name of the Sales Rep associated with this Order. If you need to change the person you're messaging, click the X to remove the name and choose an alternative Team Member. Enter your message in the Message Text line. When you are ready, click the Blue Send Button.
