This feature allows you to send a message to another user in NikoHealth when you are working on an order level.

When clicking the + drop down, there is a new button called “send message”. 

This allows you to communicate with others when doing work on an order without having to go back to the dashboard.
Just enter the name of the team member and type in your message, then hit send.
