Auto Apply Failed ERA’s

When a payer only returns the invoice level control number, however does not return the service line control number, the payment information for each service line fails to connect on the invoice requiring a manual connection.

In an effort to reduce additional touch by the end user, we have introduced automated functionality to auto apply these ERA’s when possible. 

**Please note that an ERA will not auto apply if no invoice level control number is received from the payer.**
