Order Cycle Time
At the top of the Report, you can view an important KPI- your Order Cycle Time.
Order Cycle Time measures the time it takes (in days) between a new Order submission and the moment a customer receives a product or service. This provides insight into your efficiency around the end-to-end order flow process. It's calculated by the average time it takes from when an order is placed (created) until it is shipped or delivered.
