New report to track hospital admission
You can track by patient name, admission date, discharge date, hospital name, and admission reason.
To enter information related to a patient’s hospital admission, you can do so one of two ways;
Directly from the patient’s profile by navigating to the Medical Records tab and adding the information under the Hospital Admission section.
2. During the new order entry workflow, you can add hospital admission data if
available.
