To pickup a patient's equipment/remove the item from their account you must complete a pickup appointment.
Go to the appointment for your patient, you will see the details and which item(s) need to be picked up. Select "Complete" from the blue plus sign drop down.
Now you will need to select the items you wish to remove, once located click the red garbage can to the right of the item.
Ensure the quantity and item are correct and select Remove
The item will now be listed as "Removed"
Select next on the bottom right to continue
If the patient has a resupply program that will no longer be eligible due to the item being picked up, you can put a hold on it here by selecting the round switch next to "Hold Resupply Program".
Once selected it will turn blue and all holds next to each item will switch over
Once complete select next on the bottom right to continue.
You can add any necessary notes in this section, once complete, select next.
Now you will see the items you wish to remove at the top, and the patient can review the agreement and consent and sign/date the bottom.
Click Complete when finished.
You will have successfully removed the item from the patient.
