Detailed Statements

On the patient profile, when clicking the +, a statement button has been added.

This can be used if an account history needs to be provided to a patient or a statement for a specific patient needs to be generated.
You will be prompted to select a date range for the statement.ย 

Once generated you will need to go to the patient's document tab (it should automatically route you there) and select Details next to the statement.

Once selected, a statement will generate with transactions for this date range.
This statement reflects:

  • Prior account balances

  • Claim Pending โ€“ indicated if a date of service is still pending payment

  • Services Provided

  • Cost of Services

  • Insurance Payments

  • Adjustments

  • Patient Payments
