NikoHealth has made completing an appointment so easy with the NikoHealth App, which is available in the Apple App Store for iOS or the Android google play store.
Using the app on an Android Phone/Tablet is so quick and easy, first you will want to make sure that you are in the correct environment.
Once you have entered that information, you will need to log in with the same information you would use to login on your desktop web browser.
You will now be on your main dashboard, this will show you your upcoming appointments.
Find the appointment you are ready to complete and tap the blue circle with the arrow pointing down.
Now you will see the details of the appointment. If everything seems correct, tap "Check in" on the bottom.
Now tap on "Complete"
You will now be able to see the current equipment the patient has (if any). This is where you will want to select the new equipment that you are delivering. Select "Add" on the top right.
This screen will show you the items in your inventory. If you have a lot of items you can click on the filter option on the top left.
Enter your search parameters and press "Apply" to find the item you require.
Select the item you need (you can select the small blue "i" in the square, next to the item to confirm the information of it, like the serial number. (click the x on the top left once you have reviewed the info, to close out that screen).
Once your item is selected, press save on the top right.
Review to ensure all items have been chosen, if so, tap the arrow on the top right to proceed.
The next screen will show you the resupply program, depending on the items, if a resupply program is available the options will appear here. If all is correct and added, select the arrow on the top right.
If you need to add any notes to your order, this is where you would do so. Once complete, tap the arrow on the top right.
You will now see the items delivered during the appt, confirm everything is correct. If you have documentation that needs to be reviewed prior to a patient signature, you can have it reviewed under documentation.
If there is a cost estimation, select that category as well to review (if necessary)
then select sign on the bottom.
Review the Acknowledgement and select "Signature", have the patient sign on the screen (with stylus/finger).
Have patient write the date as well
If someone other than the patient signed for the equipment, this is where you would note that.
If the patient at this time would like a copy of the paperwork they just signed emailed to them, select "email paperwork on the top right
Enter the email the patient would like the paperwork sent to and then tap "confirm email".
Select Complete on the bottom to finish the appt and a complete screen will appear.
At this point if the patient is providing payment at the time of the appointment, you can chose to collect it and process it via the app. You can choose Card, Cash, or Check. Enter the appropriate information and then select pay now.
