When Orders are created in NikoHealth, they are put into a specific status. This applies to Orders manually created as well as system automated Re-Orders.
Order Status Definitions
| New | The order has been created but has not yet been worked. This is the starting point for all orders. |
| Hold | The Order is temporarily paused and cannot move forward until an issue is resolved. Examples: Missing information; Authorization or billing issue; Customer request. |
| In Progress | The Order is actively being worked or fulfilled. Examples: Items are being picked or prepared; Delivery or scheduling is in progress. |
| Completed | The Order has been successfully fulfilled. All items have been delivered, shipped, or completed as intended. |
| Cancelled | The Order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled. No further action will be taken on this order. |
| Ready to Fulfill | The Order is fully prepared and ready for fulfillment. All required information, documentation, and approvals are complete, and the order can now be processed. |
