Order Status

Understand what each Order status means in the system

When Orders are created in NikoHealth, they are put into a specific status. This applies to Orders manually created as well as system automated Re-Orders.

Order Status Definitions

New

The order has been created but has not yet been worked. This is the starting point for all orders.

Hold

The Order is temporarily paused and cannot move forward until an issue is resolved. Examples: Missing information; Authorization or billing issue; Customer request.

In Progress

The Order is actively being worked or fulfilled. Examples: Items are being picked or prepared; Delivery or scheduling is in progress.

Completed

The Order has been successfully fulfilled. All items have been delivered, shipped, or completed as intended.

Cancelled

The Order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled. No further action will be taken on this order.

Ready to Fulfill

The Order is fully prepared and ready for fulfillment. All required information, documentation, and approvals are complete, and the order can now be processed.
