Editing/Deleting a Tag

How to edit or delete an existing tag for invoices/orders/patients.

You now have the availability to edit or delete a tag that you would use on an invoice or an order or even a patient.

Navigate to the Management Tab at the top of NikoHealth.

On the top left hand sidebar, select "settings".

Then select "tags".

You should now be brought to the "Invoice Tags" screen, this will display all the tags in your environment that you are able to tag invoices with, you can also navigate to any of the other options at the top; "Order Tags", "Patient Tags", or "User Tags".

Once you are in your desired tag screen, locate the tag in which you need to edit or delete.

DELETING A TAG

Once you have located your tag for deletion, hover over it and look to the right, there will be a red trash can with an 'x' on it. Select the icon.

A new window will pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete, if so, select "delete" to confirm.

The tag will be removed from further use, however it will remain on anything it was already attached to.

EDITING A TAG

Once you have located your tag that needs to be updated/edited, hover over it and select the gray pencil to the right.

A new window will pop up with the current name of the tag, you will be able to edit the name here.

Once you have updated it to your liking, you will select save on the bottom right.
