If your inventory process includes the use of barcode scanners, with the LEARN BARCODE functionality the system can recognize existing product barcodes for your inventoried items. This will allow you to use a barcode scanner to identify the product within NikoHealth during inventory related actions.
To start go to: Management/Inventory/Catalog
Click on the +Button on the upper right hand corner and select Learn Barcodes.
Scan or Enter the barcode of the product you would like to use and click enter.
Scan or Enter the product id of the specific product from your product catalog. If you do not know the product id, you can click search and find the correct product.
Once the product has been selected the product ID will display and you can click Enter to continue with adding more barcodes for other products or the Review button if you are all set.
