To import price options:

Go to Management > Settings > Import, click on the Blue Plus Sign and select Import.

From the Import Type drop down box, select Price Options.

Download the template to view allowed file configuration and reformat your exported data if necessary. The import file must be saved and imported as CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) file type. Browse your PC, select the file, and click Import. You will be redirected to the Import queue and once the file has been processed, the Status column will say either Failed or Completed. You can download the log file to see reasons why the import failed, make the necessary corrections, and attempt the import again.
