How to add a QR Code to patient statements

When it comes to improving the patient experience, QR codes are a quick and simple way to get the results you want. A QR code (Quick Response Code) is a square-shaped bar code system that can be scanned with a smartphone, or other mobile device with a camera. After a scan, the QR code will open a link to a website. By adding a QR code to a paper statement, patients can scan the code with their mobile device and be directed to a payment page. QR codes can enhance customer satisfaction and improve collections.

To setup your QR code go to:

  1. Management/Settings/Statements

  2. Toggle on the Pay Online Button and enter the online payment link

This will automatically enable the QR code to be affixed on patient statements.
