How to pair your credit terminal for use?

Connecting the Terminal

Please follow the instructions provided from your credit card services provider on how to properly power and connect the terminal prior to attempting to pair the terminal in NikoHealth.

Pairing the Terminal

In order to begin using a credit card terminal you must pair it to NikoHealth. You can pair one or multiple terminals by going to Management/ Billing/ Terminals. Here you can add a terminal by clicking on the blue + button on the upper right hand corner.

  1. Select from the available Payment Provider

  2. Enter your Merchant Account number

  3. If prompted for a Paring Code - enter what is displayed from the terminal

  4. If prompted for a Serial Number - enter the serial number of the terminal

  5. Terminal Name - Name the terminal

  6. Location Name - Identify where this terminal is located

  7. Click on Ok and you are all set to begin using this terminal

Connect a Payment Account to Billing Provider

At the bottom of the Billing Provider's details, you’ll see an option to Connect Stripe Account or Connect CardConnect Account. Click the appropriate option.

  • Connect Stripe Account will bring you to a Stripe authorization page. Follow the directions to connect your Stripe account.

  • Connect CloverConnect (previously known as card connect) Account will open a window for you to enter your account information.

When you’re done click Save to keep your changes.
