Connecting the Terminal
Please follow the instructions provided from your credit card services provider on how to properly power and connect the terminal prior to attempting to pair the terminal in NikoHealth.
Pairing the Terminal
In order to begin using a credit card terminal you must pair it to NikoHealth. You can pair one or multiple terminals by going to Management/ Billing/ Terminals. Here you can add a terminal by clicking on the blue + button on the upper right hand corner.
Select from the available Payment Provider
Enter your Merchant Account number
If prompted for a Paring Code - enter what is displayed from the terminal
If prompted for a Serial Number - enter the serial number of the terminal
Terminal Name - Name the terminal
Location Name - Identify where this terminal is located
Click on Ok and you are all set to begin using this terminal
