Quickly and seamlessly create shipping labels for your packages from within NikoHealth.

To create a shipping label you need to first open an account with goshippo.com.

With GoShippo you can leverage best rates from top carriers or use existing carrier accounts you may have in place.

Once an account is opened with GoShippo

  1. Go to Settings Tab within your GoShippo Account

  2. Click on API

  3. Generate a Live Token

You will need to copy this token from GoShippo and enter it in NikoHealth under Management/Application Settings/Integrations in the Shippo Integration section. Once entered click Enable and save your changes. You are all set to begin creating shipping labels.

In GoShippo you configure which Carrier accounts you wish to use. In addition you can create custom Package Templates. These package templates will appear as an available option when creating a shipping label.

To create a shipping in NikoHealth, click on Create Shipping Label button located on the action list of the blue + button on the upper right hand corner of the order.

At the shipping label creation step;

  1. Select your package dimension from either a carrier provided parcel or a package template.

  2. Enter the weight of your package

  3. Verify the Ship From and Ship To addresses

  4. Select the preferred service level available from the carrier

The system by default populates the Order # in the note section. You can edit this as needed and any notes entered here will be printed on the label.

Once this label has been created it will appear under the shipping labels tab of the order where you can print and view related tracking information.

To attach this shipping label to this order, during the quick ship fulfillment process make sure you select the shipping label from the drown down menu. The tracking information will then be associated to this order.
