NikoHealth offers the functionality to allow you to fulfil your orders through an integrated drop ship vendor. This automated process allows you fulfil your orders faster, reduce inventory on hand and further streamline your operational efficiency.
When you sell an item, the drop ship vendor (the supplier) will send the purchased item straight to your customer. The product itself never passes through your hands.
What drop ship vendors are supported ?
Before you are able to fulfil an order through a drop ship vendor, you must have an account open with the vendor. To connect that drop ship vendor to your NikoHealth site please email integration@nikohealth.com with the following information:
Your Company Name and NikoHealth URL (i.e. abcdme.nikohealth.com)
Vendor Name and Account Number that will be used for patient home delivery (i.e. Mckesson Acct # 111222333)
Your Vendor Sales Representative Name and Email
