This article describes how you can change the qualifier for the provider that appears in box 17 of the CMS-1500 when printed.

Go to Management>Organization>Referring Providers and locate the provider record.

Once in the record you will see an options tab on top. Click it and you will see:

Here you can select the qualifier as required for all plans or a specific payer and plan.

When your edits are complete click save.

This qualifier will be reported when printing the CMS 1500 with the selected referring provider.
