Change Password While Logged In

If you're logged into NikoHealth, but need to create a new password or change your password, you can do so from the Manage Profile section.

Click your profile icon in the top right of NikoHealth. In the dropdown, select Manage profile.

To the right, you will see the Change password section.

Enter the password you want to use into the New password field. Click outside the field to see if your password meets all the criteria.

Keep in mind new passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • 8 or more characters

  • One digit (0-9)

  • One lowercase letter (a-z)

  • One uppercase letter (A-Z)

  • One non-alphanumeric character

If you do not meet the criteria, you will see a warning below.

When your password is set, enter the same password into the Repeat new password field. When you’re done, click Save to update your password.

The next time you log in, use your new password.


Change Password When You Can't Log In

If you've forgotten your NikoHealth password and can't log in, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the NikoHealth sign-in page.

On the NikoHealth sign-in page, click Forgot Your Password.

Enter the email used for your NikoHealth account in the Email field. Click Submit.

NikoHealth will send you an email to reset your password. The email will come from noreply@nikohealth.com with the subject Reset Password. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please check your spam folder.

Open the email and click the Reset Password button.

The link will bring you to a password reset page.

On the password reset page, enter your email and the new password you would like to use. Re-enter the password into the Repeat password field. Click Submit.

Your password has now been reset!
