Once you’ve generated a form, you can download it as a PDF. Remember that forms are patient-specific, to view them, you must first navigate to a patient profile. Once in a patient profile, you’ll need to click the Forms tab.

In this article, we’ll go over how to download previously generated forms.

To download a form, click the down arrow to the right of a template. The form will download to your device as a PDF.
