Overview
Once you’ve generated a form, you can send it via email or fax as a PDF. Remember that forms are patient-specific, to work with them, you must first navigate to a patient profile. Once in a patient profile, you’ll need to click the Forms tab.
In this article, we’ll go over how to send previously generated forms.
Share or Send a Form
To fax or email a form directly in NikoHealth, click the box and arrow icon to the far right of a form.
The Share Outbound window will open. To the right, select if you want to send a Fax or Email in the dropdown and enter the appropriate send address. You can add multiple recipients with the Add Contact button.
At the bottom, you have the option to add a note to the cover page of the form PDF. If you do not want a cover page for the form, uncheck the Include Cover Page option.
If you need to add any more information to the fillable fields in a form, you can do so in the right preview. Just click in the form field and type.
When you’re done, click Send at the bottom right.
