Overview
You can remove any form template in NikoHealth. Removing a template means it will no longer be available to generate forms with.
Locate Form Templates
To access your forms, click Management in the top menu.
Select Application Settings in the left menu and choose Form.
A list of all forms will appear on the Form Templates page. Along the top are search fields you can use to locate the desired form.
You must use at least three characters to run a search and results are not case sensitive.
Delete a Form Template
Use caution when deleting a form template as this cannot be undone.
Hover over the template you want to remove and click the trashcan icon to the right.
A warning window will open. Click Delete to permanently remove the form template.
