Overview
A user profile contains basic information about a user such as their name, login information, and permission levels.
In this article, we’ll go over how to quickly find a user profile to view information or make edits.
Find a User
Click Management in the top menu.
In the left menu, click Access Control and select Teammates in the submenu.
Along the top is a set of search criteria and filters you can use. For the search fields, start typing a value. You must enter at least 3 characters to return a result. Matching users will be shown below.
Some fields allow you to select a date range. When you click on them you can use the calendar to select a preset period of time or select individual days. Hit Apply to use the selected dates.
To remove a filter, hit the X.
To remove all filters, hit the circular arrow to the far right.
When you’ve found the desired user, click the row to open up the profile.
