Overview
Each User account in NikoHealth has a defined status that determines if the account is active or not. You can manage this status to Deactivate or Activate NikoHealth users.
If a NikoHealth User has left your company or does not need access to NikoHealth, you can disable their account to keep it secure. If a user once again needs access to NikoHealth, you can activate their account.
View User Account Status
To view the status of all NikoHealth users in your account, navigate to the Teammates queue:
Management > Access Control > Teammates
In the Teammates queue, there is a column that identifies each user's Status.
User status will show as Active or Inactive.
Edit a User Account Status
To set or edit a NikoHealth User's Account Status, navigate to the Teammates queue to locate the User's profile:
Management > Access Control > Teammates
Click on the specific Teammate you wish to manage.
You will now be looking at the User's NikoHealth Profile. At the top, there is a User Status section where you can see the User's current status, and toggle that status between Active and Inactive.
To Deactivate the User, toggle the Status button to Inactive. This means the User will no longer be able to login to NikoHealth.
