Overview
If a user has left your company or does not need access to NikoHealth, you can disable their account to keep it secure.
If a user once again needs access to NikoHealth, you can activate their account.
In this article, we’ll go over how to do both.
Set a User Account Status
First, you need to open the appropriate user profile. For help locating user profiles, see the article Find and View a User Profile.
In the top right of the Team Member section is a Status switch. Toggle the switch to the right to Activate a user. This means they can log into NikoHealth as normal.
Toggle the switch to the left to make the user Inactive and disable their account.
When you’re done, click to Save in the bottom right.
