Overview
One of the first steps in setting up NikoHealth is adding your Organization details. This is where you'll add key information about your company including location information, logo, contact, and more.
Organization Details
To add your Organization details, navigate to:
Management > Corporate Setup > Organization
Under the Organization tab, you'll add your company name, address, and contact information. You'll also upload your company logo.
Resupply Settings
In your Organization details, you can manage Resupply Settings.
There are two options to manage:
Group Items for Delivery
Toggle On if you want items to be grouped on a single order when resupply orders are generated in the system.
Eligible Shipping Date Within: indicates how close the item ship dates should be to be grouped.
Generate Resupply Orders: determine how many days before eligibility a resupply order can be generated to be considered for a grouped delivery.
Example: If patient resupplies were to generate multiple orders within 10 days of each other, the system can wait to automatically create a single order for all of the items.
Replace items with bundle if available
If a group of items becomes eligible for resupply and the items match all of those that make up a bundle item, then the system will automatically substitute the items with a bundle.
Example: For an order of CPAP masks and supplies... If a resupply order is generated with a mask, cushion, and headgear at the same time, then the system can auto-replace the 3 individual items for one single CPAP bundle item to dispense.
Sales Tax Settings
You can manage your organization's sales tax settings from here.
The Add Nexus feature allows you to define locations where your organization is required to collect sales tax by entering the address and the date the tax obligation began. These settings are used to determine when and where sales tax should be applied to transactions.
Example: If your company opens a new warehouse in Texas, you would add a nexus with that address, as well as the date that operations began. The system can then apply Texas sales tax to applicable transactions.
