Overview
Your organization is the company that is using NikoHealth. When you set up your organization you’ll have the chance to enter your company details, logo, and some basic resupply information.
To get to your organization information, click Management in the top menu.
In the left menu, click Corporate Setup and select Organization in the submenu.
There are several sections where you can enter information, we’ll go over each below.
Basic Information
In the Details section enter the company's name and address.
Use the Organization Logo section to add your company logo. Click Upload Image and select the desired image from your device.
If you make a mistake, click the trashcan icon in the top corner to remove the image.
Enter the company contact information in the Contacts section. Click Add Contact to add more contacts and use the trashcan icon to remove contacts.
When you’re done click Save to keep your changes.
Resupply Settings
This section lets you toggle on or off two default settings:
Group Items for Delivery - Toggle the switch to the right if you want items to be grouped on a single order when resupply orders are generated in the system. For example, if patient resupplies were to generate multiple orders within 10 days of each other, the system can wait to automatically create a single order for all of the items.
Use the shipping date within section to put how close item ship dates should be to be grouped.
The resupply orders section lets you pick how many days before eligibility a resupply order can be generated to be considered for a grouped delivery.
Replace items with bundle if available - If a group of items becomes eligible for resupply and the items match all of those that make up a bundle item, then the system will automatically substitute the items with a bundle.
For example, an order of CPAP masks and supplies. If a resupply order is generated with a mask, cushion, and headgear at the same time, then the system can auto-replace the 3 individual items for one single CPAP bundle item to dispense.
When you’re done click Save to keep your changes.
