In order to begin sending and receiving faxes through your ring central account you will need to connect your existing ring central account in NikoHealth.
To add your ring central fax account please go to Management/Application Settings/ Integrations and select Fax Ring Central.
Click on "Click her to configure your RingCentral account access". This will open a new window where you will need to sign into your Ring Central account.
Within Ring Central you will need to create a JWT token.
In the label field you can create a name for this token such as "NikoHealth integration".
Select Environment, click on Production.
Check the box Only specific apps of my choice
Click Create JWT
Once created you will see the following information below.
To complete your account setup you will need to:
Copy the JWT and paste it within the RingCentral Token field in the NikoHealth integration settings.
Toggle the Enable switch and click save.
You are all set to begin sending and receiving faxes through your RingCentral account.
