Overview
All Patient records in NikoHealth, otherwise known as Patient Profiles, can be found in the Patients tab.
The Patients tab will display your Patient queue, which is a list of all Patients in NikoHealth and a snapshot of important information for that Patient including the Patient's name, ID, contact information, and status.
Search Patient Queue
To quickly and easily find a specific Patient, use the filters at the top to each by key details, or sort any column in the queue by clicking on the column header.
To remove any filters you've applied, click the "X" next to the filter.
Use Advanced Filters
In addition to the search filters shown, you can leverage Advanced Filters by clicking on the gray Filters button at the top of the queue.
A window will appear with Advanced Filter options. In the drop down menu under Add Filter, you can select from key Patient details. Select a data field to add that filter. You can add multiple filters.
You can also create custom views by saving your filters, so that they're always automatically applied. For more information, visit our help article on Creating Custom Views with Saved Filters.
After saving and applying your Advanced Filters, the gray Filters button will indicate how many filters are applied. To remove any applied Advanced Filters, click the "X".
