Overview
The patient Custom Fields tab is where you can find any additional information your company wants to keep on patients.
To view the custom fields, click the Custom Fields tab in a patient profile. Depending on your screen size, you may have to click More and then select Custom Fields.
Note: Custom fields can be created by those with management permissions. Once custom fields have been created they will appear here for users to enter the the information needed.
Edit Custom Fields
You can edit the Value for any custom field. To do so, click Edit in the bottom right corner.
Click in the Value field and type the desired information. You can edit several at once. When you’re done, click Save in the bottom right to keep your changes.
