Overview
Playbooks appear on Orders because of Payer rules that are set up and apply to that Order. If you've created Playbook templates in NikoHealth, you can assign those Playbooks to a Payer or a Payer plan.
Playbook templates need to be created in NikoHealth before you can assign them to Payers. For more information on this step, visit our help article on Creating Playbook Templates.
Assigning a Playbook to a Payer
Playbooks can be assigned to a Payer under Payer rules. Go to:
Management > Billing Setup > Payers > [select Payer] > Rules > Playbooks
