Overview

A service location is where a patient can receive service from your company. You can assign service locations to patients, orders, and invoices. A service location can also be an inventory location or service center depending on how your company is setup.

In this article, we’ll go over how to locate service locations to update and manage their information.

Locate Service Locations

Click Management in the top menu.

In the left menu, click Corporate Setup and select Service Centers in the submenu.

Use the filters at the top of the page to locate the correct service location.

To remove a filter, hit the X in the field.

To clear all filters and search criteria, click the circular arrow on the right.

Once you’ve found the desired service location, click to open the profile.

Update Information

You can update all of the basic fields of a service location by clicking on a field and entering the desired information.

When updating a service location, you also have the option to add additional information in the Custom Fields section. See the section below for more information about custom fields in service locations.

When you’re done, click Save to keep your changes.

Custom Fields

Custom fields allow you to track information unique to your organization for your service locations. To access your custom fields for service locations, click the Custom Fields tab.

The custom fields available to fill in are set elsewhere. See the article

Manage Custom Fields for more information.

Click Edit to update custom field values.

Click Save to keep your changes.

Delete a Service Location

Removing a service location cannot be undone. Use caution before deleting a service location.

Locate the desired service location. Hover over the location and click the trashcan icon to the far right. The service location and all associated settings will be permanently removed.
