To create a new Resupply Program from a Patient Profile, navigate to the patient and click on the Resupply tab.
Here, you will see any existing Resupply Programs that have already been set up for this patient. To create a new Resupply Program, click the Edit Resupply Program button.
Creating a New Resupply Program
To add an item to your new Resupply Program, click the blue Add button. Your Product Catalog will open and allow you to add specific items.
You can search your catalog for the item(s) you wish to add to the Resupply Program.ย
Locate the items you want added, modify the quantity, and select Add. Once you've added all your items, click Continue. Your resupply program will now reflect all items selected.ย
Note: If you are unable to locate the item you're trying to add to a Resupply Program, it may not have been marked as eligible for Resupply when you originally added the item to your Product Catalog during setup.
To correct this, you will need to update this item's properties in your Product Catalog and check the Resupply box for the item. Navigate to:
Management > Products and Suppliers > Catalog
Click on the item and review the Item Properties, ensuring the Resupply box is checked.
When finished, be sure to click Save.
Editing an Existing Resupply Program
After navigating to the Resupply Tab in the Patient's Profile, you'll see a list of any existing Resupply Programs set up for this patient. To edit an existing Resupply Program, click the gray Edit Resupply Program button.
This will show you any items that are currently on the patients resupply program.
Here you will see the item(s) as well as the frequency, eligibility and last date the patient received an item.
You can modify the frequency (how often the patient is eligible) as well as the next scheduled date. The next scheduled date will be used to generate an order for these item(s).
