If your Inventory process includes the use of barcode scanners, you can use NikoHealth's LEARN BARCODE functionality.

With Learn Barcode, the system recognizes existing Product barcodes for your Inventoried items. This allows you to use a barcode scanner to identify the Product within NikoHealth during Inventory-related actions.

To setup Learn Barcode, navigate to your Product Catalog:

Management > Products and Suppliers > Catalog

While you are in your Product Catalog queue, click on the Blue NikoHealth Plus signin the upper right corner. Select Learn Barcodes.

You'll be taken to the Learn Barcodes screen and a popup box will appear.

On the Scan or enter Manufacturer Barcode line, use your scanner or manually enter the barcode of the Product you would like to use. Click Enter.

The system will add the barcode you entered, and prompt you for the Product ID.

On the Scan or enter product ID or use search for product lookup line, use your scanner or manually enter the product ID. You can also click Search to search the products you've entered into the system. When you've added the product ID, click Enter.

Once the product has been selected the product ID will display and you can click Enter to continue with adding more barcodes for other products.

When you're done with Learn Barcodes, click Review.
