How to create a list of account names?

A chart of accounts is a list of account names used to label transactions. In NikoHealth this feature currently allows you to label transactions into groups associated with payers. You can then report on these group of transactions.

To create a list of accounts go to: Management/Billing/Chart of Accounts

Here you can click on the blue + button to add an account.

Once you have added an account you can then assign the account to a payer.

Go to: Management/Billing/Payers

Select the payer and you can add the appropriate account type.

Once assigned this account group will be available for the following reports.

  1. Revenue Report

  2. Payer Adjustments

  3. A/R Aging by Insurance

Please note that these reports are refreshed nightly and data in the reports will not be displayed for the account groups until the following day.
