Note: You can manually add a diagnosis from the "Medical Record" tab here in the Patient Profile, or you can do so while creating a new order.

To add a new diagnosis code while in the Patient Profile Medical Records Tab, click on the Add Diagnosis line. Begin typing diagnosis name or code for a list of options to populate.

After you select the diagnosis from the drop down list, it will appear on the Add Diagnosis line. BE SURE TO CLICK THE BLUE PLUS SIGN BUTTON TO ADD THIS DIAGNOSIS TO THE MEDICAL RECORDS IN THE PATIENT'S PROFILE.

Be sure to select "Save" on the bottom right once complete.
