There are several different types of appointments that you are able to schedule through Niko Health.

Follow Up
Pickup
Initial
An initial appointment is scheduled for items that need to be billed as a new/initial setup.
When you schedule and appointment, be sure to associate the order to the appointment that is being scheduled.
Follow Up
A follow up appointment is scheduled when a patient needs any of the following:
Mask Refit (Must choose if requested by the patient or the physician)
Equipment change (Must choose if its a same or similar therapy)
Equipment Maintenance (Must choose if it's Routine equipment maintenance or an equipment evaluation)
Patient Assessment/Follow Up (Must choose if it's a Routine Follow Up or Patient Re-education)
Pickup
A pickup appointment is scheduled when something needs to be returned to you.
Choose the reason for the return (Discontinuation at patient's request or the physician's request, Patient Expired, or Other)
Now select pickup items
A box will appear with the items attached to the patient, you will need to select the appropriate items.
