Statements in NikoHealth allow you to generate and export a Patient account history for specified dates. Statements are produced as PDF files and hosted in the Documents queue where you can view, download, or share.
To generate a Patient Statement, visit the Patient's Profile. Click the NikoHealth Blue Plus sign
and select Statements from the dropdown menu.
You will be prompted to select a date range for the statement.Β
Select your chosen date range and click Generate. The Statement will generate and appear in the Patient's Documents queue. The system will also automatically route you to the Documents queue once generated.
The Statement should appear at the top of the Documents queue (the queue is sorted by most recent document update). Hover over the Statement and a list of options will appear to view, share, or download the Statement.
You can also click on the 3-dot menu for additional options including the ability to modify and delete the Patient Statement.
The Patient Statement reflects:
Prior account balances
Claim Pending β indicated if a date of service is still pending payment
Services Provided
Cost of Services
Insurance Payments
Adjustments
Patient Payments
