NikoHealth allows you to customize your Order Confirmation settings, Delivery Tickets, and Shipment Documents.
Orders Settings
To set up or edit your Orders settings, navigate to:
Management > Application Settings > Orders
Order Confirmation
This will allow you to create a customized text to be shown on your order confirmation fax after receiving an order. This functionality is optional and must be turned on/off by the toggle highlighted below. If it is turned OFF you will not have the option to send a confirmation fax to the referring provider after entering in an initial order. If it is turned ON you can send a fax or email to confirm the order has been received up on initially entering in the order details into Nikohealth (see Order Entry for further details on how to enter an order). If the option is turned ON, you will always have the option to decline sending the confirmation if you do not want to.
Delivery Ticket
This will allow you to customize the text that appears on your delivery ticket. There is a character limit of 700 allotted for this feature.
Shipment Documents
Packing Slip
This will allow you to create a customized text to be shown on the bottom of your packing slips when using the QUICK SHIP functionality in completing an order. You can also opt to have a signature block (date and signature line) on this form.
