A service center is a place where you can schedule appointments when using the scheduling and calendar functionality. These locations need to be filled out for scheduling appointments to work successfully. A service center may be the same as a service location or inventory location depending on how your company is setup. For more information see the article Understanding Locations.

In this article, we’ll go over how to add a new service center to NikoHealth.

To get to your service center, click Management in the top menu.

In the left menu, click Corporate Setup and select Service Centers in the submenu.

Click the blue plus sign in the top right.

The New Service Center window will open. Enter the Service Center Name and then fill out the physical location of the center.

When you are done click Save.
